About Erin

I’m not here to make leaders feel good.
I’m here to help them get better—and to support them while they do.
I created the Leadership Presence & Impact program because most leadership training focuses on surface-level skills—missing what really determines impact: how leaders show up, how they’re experienced, and how they lead under pressure.

I work with senior leaders in high-visibility, high-stakes environments. My approach is direct, human, and grounded in how adults actually learn: through experience, feedback, and reflection.

I go first. I share real stories, laugh at myself, and model what it looks like to be confident and human—because that’s what builds trust. I don’t teach people how to be; I help them be more themselves, with honest, targeted feedback that aligns who they are with how they’re experienced.

By the end of this work, leaders aren’t performing a new version of themselves. They’re grounded, confident, and intentional—and they own the experience of their presence.
