Day 1 – Foundation & DiscoveryWe establish the foundation. Participants assess their current communication style, deliver their first real presentations, and receive immediate coaching. Strengths are named. Growth edges are identified.
Day 2 – Practice & PresenceThe deep work. Participants present multiple times, refining delivery with each round. Real-time coaching and peer feedback create rapid growth. Influence, storytelling, audience energy, and handling pressure — all covered here.
Day 3 – Integration & ImpactLeaders consolidate their growth, practice in high-stakes simulations, and leave with a clear presence practice they can return to again and again.
